Currently considering renting out my spareroom again and just seeing who might be interested in taking the room from May onwards.
It’s in a great location, being a few minutes walk to pier head park with great views over the channel and just up the hill from the sea front with Cardiff bay down the other side of the hill. Penarth town centre is also a short walk away with pubs/restaurants/train station etc.
It is a spacious property which also has a little garden and views over the channel. You can also use the rear entrance/stairway as a little balcony.
A little about me - I’m an easy going guy who is currently working as a sound engineer in the Bay. I enjoy keeping active and will often be out cycling or swimming down at the sea front. It would be nice to find someone who enjoys hanging out with similar interests but also appreciates their own space/time when needed.
