House offers shared living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, garden & wifi.
Very close to town center, beautiful Penarth offers, a Marina, Sea front with Pier, and lovely parks, bars and restaurants, also convenient for buses and trains. Street Parking only.
I am a professional, who runs a mobile hair and make-up service for Brides to Be, and often home week days. I keep a clean & tidy home. Must be a cat lover.
Evening meals an option.
Short term lets at £100 per week. Will consider Monday to Friday.
