Bright double loft room in Penarth town centre

Two bright and large rooms in the loft extension, divided by a wall so the sleeping area is separate. Our main bathroom on the second floor will be mainly used by you, as we have our own en-suite.
We have a large kitchen with all kinds of appliances, e. g. microwave, mixer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. We also have a utility room, incl. a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron etc. which you are welcome to use. We’re happy for you to use the dining and living room too o course. We also have a garden and shed where you can store a bike etc.

We’ve newly renovated some parts of the house, e. g. new carpet throughout, and redecorated lots.

All bills are included in the monthly price (or weekly for shorter lets),e. g. Internet, electricity, water, council tax.
Dingle road train station is within 5 min walking distance and so is Penarth town centre, with plenty of shops, coffee shops, the library etc. We live just round the corner from Dingle Park and Plassey Green, which has a lovely view over the Bay. Penarth Leisure Centre is just a short walk away too. Penarth seafront is only 15 mins walking distance.
We are a young professional couple and happy to have the occasional dinner together if you’d like that too. I work from home, whereas my partner Adam is out for work.
We like to be out and about, hang out with friends and exercise (gym, tennis, cycling, running), and enjoy baking and cooking and sharing those treats :)

If possible, it’d be nice to meet up or video call beforehand to get to know each other and show you around the room and house.

We are open to short-term lets.

We have no dedicated parking space, but there are always spaces on our road , Plassey Street, and if not, round the corner by Plassey Green.
Council tax band: D (but all bills are included anyway)
