I live in my home with my two daughters (ages 14 & 11) who spend 50% of their time with their dad and our dog Rufus, who’s a miniature schnauzer. I am a graphic designer and work between home and an office.
Your en-suite, double room (pictured) is furnished with a double bed, a built in large double wardrobe, built in desk and bedside table/drawers.
The house has been renovated to a very high standard in the last 10 years and is large and spacious. As well as your own room, you can have full access to the dining room, kitchen and equipment/crockery etc. to cook, the utility room to do your laundry and access to the garden. There is a lounge area with TV you can use.
The house is centrally located in Penarth and is a 5 minute walk to both Penarth and Dingle train stations and just 2/3 stops to Cardiff Central station. We also have a driveway so there is a spare parking space available for you to use.
The house has fibre broadband and we have smart TVs with Prime & Netflix accounts.
I would hope for a friendly and mature individual, who would be comfortable around my children and loves dogs.
