Easy access to M4 and Cardiff city (2 stops on the train) 12 mins drive/ Cardiff Bay 11 mins. Close to trains and buses and Penarth Town Centre with shops, pubs, restaurants all within walking distance. Can also walk to Penarth pier with outside dining and seafront, there is a lovely walk over the barrage to Cardiff Bay too.

All housekeeping is shared between occupant including maintenance of the lovely garden. One female occupant already resident. Bills are all included (lodging, water, gas and electric, council tax and broadband).

Room available the beginning of 25 Feb 2025 6 months initially which can be extended/negotiated. Looking for a clean quiet mature person. This accommodation is not suitable for students. Early viewing recommended.
