We are looking for a self sufficient lodger for single exclusive occupancy of our 1 bed flat.

The flat is on the ground floor of our home and we live on the upper 3 floors. It has a separate entrance and is self contained
from the main house.

The property has undergone recent redecoration and improvements to include new carpets, thermal wall insulation, radiators and soundproofing. We are looking to install a new bathroom and refurbish the kitchen in the next 4-6 months (timing negotiable with new lodger)

Large bedroom, separate living/dining room, additional storage room/utility with separate kitchen and bathroom. Fully furnished. White goods including own washing machine, individual fridge and freezer.

Situated in a very quiet area. 5 min walk to Penarth town centre and 3 mins to beach. Short walk to Penarth train station. Plenty of street parking.
