There is a secure gated car park, and plenty of on-street parking. The area is quiet and very clean. The building is next to Plymouth Park and a 5 min walk from Tesco.
It is on the 3rd (top) floor of the building with no lift.
Rent covers all bills including utilities, council tax, Netflix, TV licence, broadband and monthly cleaner.
