Double bedroom available

One double room available in my family home.

I have 4 adult children that have all moved out, although do come to visit on occasions wirh their dogs.

I'm looking to rent to a professional or mature student.

Dependant on the applicant, I am happy to consider a full time or part time lodger.

The house has the following to offer to the perspective lodger:
2 bathrooms (shower in each), kitchen, living room and the bedroom available.

I am a nurse working days and nights. I will therefore be looking for a lodger who is considerate of noise levels when I'm on a night shift.
