I am a young working professional looking to rent out the spare room in my home.

The property is fully furnished and I have a cleaner come in once a month to keep it nice and clean. Since moving into the house I have also had both reception and bedrooms freshly painted.

The ground floor comprises a spacious living room and cosey dining room. The kitchen looks out onto a South facing terraced garden which gets plenty of sunshine in warmer months.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The rental room comes fully furnished with a high quality double bed, new mattress, side tables, lamp, chest of drawers and a large mirror. The bedroom is at the rear of the house overlooking the garden.

I would like to rent the room to a working professional, however, I would be open to renting to a mature student, masters student etc.

The cost of the room will be £625 per month, bills included.
