I am a friendly, full time teacher living in a flat in Penarth near Llandough hospital with plenty of free road parking. The flat is 5 minutes from Penarth town and 10 minutes from Cardiff Bay. Penarth, Eastbrook and Cogan train stations are nearby with direct trains to Cardiff Central. There is plenty of free road parking outside the property.
The available bedroom has two bed side tables, two large purpose built cupboards, and wardrobe.
The flat has a garden, shared kitchen with dish washer, bathroom and living area. I am clean and tidy and looking for a professional who is similar. I am looking for someone who wants a short term stay from mon-fri, I am open to discussion regarding length of the agreement.
