Room for single occupancy for a professional requiring accommodation for Monday to Friday. On a temporary basis as the house is for sale. Large furnished double bedroom available in six bedroomed victorian family house(two sons in early twenties, one at University) in central Penarth. Sole use of bathroom on top floor, large garden, washing machine, bed linen and towels provided. Wireless broadband and use of kitchen. Railway station is a 7 minute walk at the top of the road for the short journey to Cardiff with easy access to the Bay and the M4, (bus, train, road, cycle). Bills included subject to reasonable use. Off street parking available.

We would prefer to provide accommodation for one person on a Monday to Friday basis or student who needs short term accommodation. No smoking household. we are used to lodgers from the T V studios in Roath Basin. I also take in Airbnb guests occasionally.
