Wireless broadband and use of kitchen. Railway station is a 7 minute walk at the top of the road for the short journey to Cardiff with easy access to the Bay and the M4, (bus, train, road, cycle). Bills included subject to reasonable use. Off street parking available.

We would prefer to provide accommodation for one person on a Monday to Friday basis. No smoking household. we are used to lodgers from the T V studios in Roath Basin.
