Looking for Gay/Gay friendly guy for flat share

I have just recently moved to Penarth and looking to rent out my second bedroom. I am looking for a gay/gay friendly full-time working professional who is clean, tidy & respectful.(No homeworkers or night shift workers.. sorry!).
The flat is located on the top/2nd floor in a small modern development.
LOCATION: 3 minute walk to Tesco superstore & Penarth Marina. 8 minutes to Cogan train station with trains taking around 7 to 10 minutes to Cardiff Central. Bus stop within 1 minute walk of Cogan station. Penarth town centre 10 minute walk with its great selection of independent shops, cafés, bars & restaurants. If you own a car plenty of spaces available in private residents car park.
The room is approximately 13ft x 9ft. Fully furnished with bed and brand new mattress.2 bedside drawers, lamps, wardrobe and tall boy chest of drawers. Happy to share space in large cupboard in hallway for any additional items you may have.
The flat comprises of spacious lounge (furnishings different from picture), separate kitchen with table and chairs and bathroom with bath/shower, skylight window and plenty of storage.
