Double ensuite self contained room in Penarth

Very comfortable furnished double room with private ensuite bathroom in the beautiful Bellevue conservation area of Penarth.

The rooms are upstairs and are the only rooms on that floor so feel nicely self contained. House is spacious, all mod cons etc. Also living here are Charly-dog and Jake the cat, both friendly but i keep them downstairs.

I'm hoping for a home share with someone who is fairly environmentally savvy. And obviously you’ll like pets! I’d be happy to reduce the rent in exchange for regular dog sitting/ dog walking if that’s appealing to you.

3 min walk to town, 7 mins walk to railway station. 15 min traffic free cycle route to Cardiff Bay. Secure cycle parking or easy on street car parking.

Room is available from January 2022 or for short term stays before then (its also advertised on AirB&B).
