Highest available bandwidth broadband (900 Mb), plenty of clothing space, a huge shared TV with off-road parking. Have a dishwasher, washing machine, drying areas (inside and out), and large dry food storage space.
We have a small dog living here called Koko. I will consider any pet except cats. (Allergy). All pets must be of an age that they are fully vaccinated.
For couples, add £150 pcm.
For short-term lodgers (3 months or less), add £125 pcm.
Pet owners add £100 to deposit.
