I am a 48 year old male who is looking to let out a large attic room in a 4 bedroom house in central penarth, the room has a double bed, small furniture 2 velux windows and is large enough to use as a lounge aswell as a bedroom, approximatly 7 metres by 5.5 metres. Must be working. I am generally in work 6 days a week between 7 and 5 pm.

CLose to Penarth town centre, 20 minute walk to Cardiff bay over barrage, 3 minutes to bus and train services. lots of nice bars and restaurants locally.
