We are looking for someone who does not require the room 7 nights a week. Any 5 out of 7 is acceptable for shift workers. Ideal for contractor's working away from home.
Short term let for 150.00 per week considered.

Double furnished room in lovely 4 bed home. Bathroom shared with 1 other at times.. Video shows a smaller room. The room available is the one in the picture.

Shared living area.

Close by are Cardiff Airport. Cardiff Aviation and Aston Martin

I am easy going, organised and tidy.

Use of washing machine and fridge.

Ten minute walk to the beach and railway stationr

We would need the room emptying at the end of every shift. .
