Large Private Double Room. Close To City Centre

The room is available until mid July, it is a 4 bed Semi detached house with a long drive.
Downstairs there is a living room, dining room, laundry room, toilet with shower, and an open plan kitchen which is nice and spacious with all your usual mod cons like cooker, dish washer, coffee machine etc, and 1 bathroom (one up and one down)

Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms (one converted into a office) and a good size bathroom.

The room available to let is a very good size double bedroom (biggest in the house) in the converted attic so very quiet, this has recently been refreshed, had new insulation and radiator, the room also comes with a very nice desk and chair but furniture can be rearranged if you have you’re own, there is also a mini fridge available in the room if required.

We are an easy going family of 3, 2 of us in our mid thirties and a very well behaved daughter who is 7. We love to travel, we often work from home but sometimes away, we are clean and courteous and would like and expect the same. We enjoy having a beer or a gin from time to time.

The house is close to a bus stop which takes around 15 mins to get to the city centre, close to the local shops and plenty of off road parking (and on road).
The house is in a quite area, with large fields and a lake just across the road.

We also have a nice garden where we sometimes like to bbq, we have a very loving cat named Herbert.
