The property includes communal living room, dining room, garden, and a bathroom that you would share with the other tenant. Also, all bills (including council tax and wifi) are included. (council tax band D, but you won't need to worry about that)

A 5-minute walk to many bus routes, and a 20 minute bus ride to Cardiff town center.
