Three bed house in the St. Athan village Walking distance to pub, shops including the co-op, post office, take away, and also to the beach ,Aston Martin development./Camp is very near. Cardiff Wales Airport (Rhoose) 5/10 mins drive away. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes In a good size room , newly decorated with new carpets. There is a train station 5 mins drive away in Llantwitt Major or Rhoose, also a bus route.. Shared bathroom with shower, living room, large kitchen with separate dining room area leading into the conservatory leading on to garden. Full packages Sky The box office must be paid for , they are not included There is swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, steam in the complex near by. Use of fibre WI-FI. Use of dishwasher, american washing machine and more... Food is not included . Must be clean and tidy and easy to get along with. Smoking is outside only.
