Large room with super king size bed , and ensuite shower room, option of your own own sitting room , it’s quite self contained so very private, it’s shared kitchen and conservatory, every few weeks professional cleaner comes in , if you like to sit outside a very nice garden with door leading to it as you come down the stairs , it has off street parking or local bus service just around the corner, it’s 5 miles into Cardiff city centre and 2 miles from junction 30 M4, available in approximately two weeks when present lodger relocates for work , it’s very quiet house if that’s what your looking for, . photos do not do it justice
