And if you want to sit and watch tv or your favourite soap on your own you can use second sitting room ( Sky and Netflix )

The bus is just a few minutes walk away and coming soon is the new railway station which will take you into Cardiff or Newport in about 7 minutes, you are also have junction 30 on the M4 Cardiff gate. just 3 miles away

Off street parking, and a nice garden if you want to sit out and drink your morning coffee

Present tenant is leaving at the end of the month so will be ready for 1st June

It’s inclusive of all bills and most important it has good WiFi

It’s a nice clean house and I think cosy is the word for it, I’m looking for someone who loves their own space and peace an quiet but likes to sit and chat with a glass of wine or g&t, if your looking for parties etc this one is not for you
