The property is in Old St Mellons, close to the local shops and is only 6 miles from Cardiff town centre. It would be ideal for someone working in St Mellons and surrounding area including Cardiff gate, Pentwyn, Pontprennau and the A48 is located under a mile away with Junction 30 of the M4 a 3 mile journey.

The rent includes all bills, water, gas, electricity, council tax, Sky (including sky sports and broadband). The room includes a wardrobe, a chest of draws and a double bed.
The main bathroom is shared between the rented rooms, I have my own En suite.

I am a very friendly young professional who is out of the house 11 hours a day at work and only work weekdays. I have had live in tenants for the last 5 years and have got on with them very well. I spend most of the weekend out working on the family farm with my dog or at the gym.
I have a young Labrador who is very friendly with people and other animals. Parking is available.
There are bus stops just around the corner going to Cardiff and Newport running every three minutes.

The house is cleaned by professional cleaners once a week which is included in the rent to ensure everyone is happy with the quality of the house and to keep upkeep to a minimum.
