House mate wanted

Hi all I have a small double in my house available for rent from 1st October sadly my house mate who has been here for 2 years is moving on to his own place which is very sad as we have got on well over the time he's been here! The house is a terraced house in a fairly quiet road with plenty of parking if you have a car but also plenty of buses into the city center at the end of the road! Close to tesco and marks and Spencer's and a few fast food chains if you don't like cooking!
I'm looking for a professional to share with who enjoys a night out but also likes a quiet night in all the same. I like to cook and have friends over for dinner a lot and would want you to join in and not just sing in your room ! I have the attitude that it's not my house it's ours ( who ever moves in) ! Anyway I'm not that good at writing things so if you need to know more I'd prefer to chat or answer any e mails with your questions!
