Double fully furnished room to rent in house shared with owner. Can have use of the shared bathroom. All bills included. Broadband available and room has ariel point for TV and wifi. No meals included but housemate can have use of the kitchen. Looking for professional person only. I have a little dog who is very friendly so house mate must like dogs. No couples or DSS.
