Rooms for Rent in Relaxed, Tidy House.

I have a room to rent in my house in Ashby, Scunthorpe. The room is unfurnished, however I do have a single bed available if needed. The room has a Virgin HD box and DVD player but no TV.

Available from mid/end July.

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with Virgin TiVo and internet across the house.

There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is plenty of parking available outside the front.

I also have a cat, he is litter trained and also stays outside a lot. He is very friendly though.

I work full time and I'm a student so I'm mainly at work in the week and sometimes on the weekend.
