Double room in a lovely new build.

Hi I'm looking for a house mate, to share this lovely home of mine. The house is a large town house with a good size garden. The estate is really quite and at the back its just rolling fields. The room has a double bed, I can provide a wardrobe and bedside tables if needed. I'm generally at home a few nights a week, my current house mate works in care and works long hours so there will be plenty of time where the house is empty. All bills are included in the rent including the sky. This is a double room with a shared bathroom.
