Double room in Brigg

Double ensuite room available in a 4 bed terraced house. The photo shows the room with its single bed, but there is a double bed & space for it.

The house is in a pleasant area just out of the centre of Brigg. It is a 5-10 minute walk into Brigg.

I am a 49 year old female with 3 teenage children who stay at the house on Tuesday and Friday nights. There is also a cat. I would prefer a Monday to Friday let but full houseshare considered. Monday to Friday let priced at £90 per week.

There are two lounges, so one could be for your exclusive use if wished. Both have TVs. No TV in the bedroom. There is washing machine (no tumble dryer) and use of the kitchen. Small back yard.

Plenty of parking on the street - there is an off street parking available by separate negotiation if wished.

Not a vegetarian house, but vegetarian tendencies. Non smoking.
