Double room available in Brigg

We have a double spare room available in a 3 bed terraced house in Brigg. It is local to town centre, supermarkets etc, on street parking, large back garden, living room and separate dining room, so plenty of space. Currently have a small dog in the property, other small pets may be allowed but no other dogs. Both current residents work full time, fairly quiet household but are age range of mid-twenties so will have friends over / like to be social. Any further questions please don't hesitate to ask :)
