I have five rooms available in a shared house in Cleethorpes which I have just finished redecorating so am advertising for anyone who is interested in renting a room in this well presented house.

It is decorated to a good standard and benefits from a large living room and kitchen. All rooms are furnished to an excellent standard and have all just been decorated.

Rooms are available for occupation from end of July and can be configured to the tenants specification if desired. Standard rental terms of one month deposit and one months rent upfront.

I will be doing an open house soon, once the works are complete.
