we have a lovely family home in a quiet cul-de-sac where me and my husband and daughter aged 14 live with our cavelier king charles dog and outdoor cat.
We have a spare double room with bathroom and snug where you can have a tv/computer/sofa etc
The room is decorated in shabby chic style and will include hsnging space, dressing table, bedside tables and king size bed. It has laminate flooring and overlooks the back garden and gets a lot of sun.
We have a quiet lifestyle, working full time and relaxing in the evening in the garden, BBQs etc. We have family close by so weekend visitors are to be expected.
We would like someone who is easy going, quiet and professional, who will keep their own space clean and tidy but happy to mingle with the family if they so wish. Our last lodger has been with us for 13 months.
You will have access to the kitchen at any time, your own fridge and cupboard space etc. The bathroom is mainly to be used by only you, but on the occasion we may want to use the spa bath but generally the family will use the second bathroom.
The snug is next to the bedroom and currently used as a play room/computer room. We are happy for you to use this as your lounge/TV room
