Double Room In New Build House

I have a double room to let in my new build property.

The room is furnished with a double bed that has storage space underneath, a bedside table and wardrobe (Feel free to bring more of your own)

The property is in the centre of town on a new build estate and in a quiet dead end cul de sac.

All bills included and 350mb ultrafast broadband.

Unlike most shared properties it is not crammed full of people. There are only 3 bedrooms being let - and both current tenants are mature 40+ adults.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything one would need.

Working and clean and tidy tenants only. Important to also respect the house and the other tenants.

Sorry no smokers.

The deposit is to cover if any rent payments are missed or damage caused to property. Refunded when moving out if not used.

A cleaner comes once per fortnight and does the whole house, which can include or exclude your bedroom too as you wish.
