Nice room in quiet semi detached house, nice area.

Medium sized room (Single bed) in comfortable semi detached house just off Carr Lane. Nice area, nice house, nice people living here. Two of us work night shifts so we try to keep noise down day and night, included in the rent is super fast broadband, council tax, energy, water, toilet paper, washing powder, tea, coffee, milk (as we buy in bulk)
It’s central for both Grimsby and Cleethorpes being on the border between the two, the number four bus runs to both town centres, it’s close to weelsby woods, king George playing fields and Youngs food factory on Ladysmith Rd.. we are relaxed professional people, polite considerate and helpful.. We can’t accept pets as we have a cat and two rabbits of our own although the rabbits live outside obviously. We have a garden you’re welcome to use, space for a bike if you have one, car parking is available on the residential street which is a cul de sack so it’s quiet. The room is pleasant and clean, it has a wardrobe, single bed , drawers and TV in. There is a lock on the bedroom door if you feel you need to use it.. You will be welcome to use the lounge, kitchen bathrooms of course. Yes we are equally happy to accept professionals, students and unemployed (so long as your claim for housing benefit has been accepted and there are no complications..) Two of us are gay by the way not that it should matter, the other two are not.. Non of us do drugs and we don’t allow them in the house, it’s not by any means a party house, we watch TV we have Netflix and an X box that you’re welcome to use other than that it’s pretty quiet. You can choose to pay weekly or monthly so long as it’s in advance. If you smoke it is only permitted in the garden although non of us smoke at present. We may enjoy an odd can of cider or bottle of wine from time to time but we’re not really big drinkers either.. All in all we are a friendly group living in a nice clean house in a nice area.. Come view the room and see for yourself but please note, I am looking for a new lodger to take the room this week rather than in one or more weeks time.
