Shared lounge with tv, table and chairs, sofa. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Current tenants one female, one male, both working. Internet access is included. No minimum stay but if known to be less than 4 weeks then weekly rate is £140.00 - all weeks required to be paid up front. Daily considered at £25.00 per night. All single days required to be paid up front.
