I have a lovely double room, with en-suite shower, basin & toilet immediately available in a large house.

There is a large garden for the tenants to use, & off street parking,

There is a big kitchen & large lounge which is shared.

My existing tenants are very stable & have been living in the house from 7 years to 2 years. Everyone seems to get on well.

The garden is one of the biggest in the area, so provides plenty of space to chill out .

I am looking for someone who works, & can get on easily with other people. I am a very easy going landlord, but will not put up with tenants who fo not respect their house mates. Everyone in the house, has the right to be happy & enjoy their home.
