House Share - large double room.

3 bedroom house, living room (2 but using one as office), kitchen & Dining area, two spaces on drive for cars. Garden with patio area. I work from home but do travel some days. So looking for someone to share the house rather than live in the bedroom.
The house & room is furnished but the bedroom for rent can be discussed to bring your own furniture and open to decorate if you would like to (if staying long term.). Guests welcome in third bedroom on agreed dates. Any Partners also welcome to some extent on agreed periods.
I currently have a cleaner that comes regularly. Currently have Sky in house and connection in bedrooms- but this is currently up for negotiation.
Happy for pay to be weekly or monthly.

Small hypoallergenic well behaved dog called Ember, comes with the house. :-).
