Very Nice Furnished Double Room

Fibre optic broadband! Its also a great house with great easy going fun and respectful occupants. The house by car is only 10 minutes away from M180 and 5 minutes away from gallagher retail park with 24hr tesco extra, BNQ, Toys R us, Mcdonalds etc. We have a very good shop two doors down from us and a post office just a little further. The village itself is a quiet village and would suit a person who has a car. Though there are frequent buses and the Althorpe train station is just a 2 minute walk away.

Your room comprises of a double bed with all the sheets/duvets/pillows provided. Theres a set of solid wood draws, bedside cabinet, Oak book shelf,
huge bult in wardrobe, 32" flatscreen tv, glass tv stand, and a dvd player. This is a very nice room.

The living room is beautifully decorated and furnished with a huge L shaped leather sofa great for watching films/sports on the 50" plasma tv.

The Kitchen is the House best feature. Its Massive! Huge work tops and has millions of cupboards, This kitchen has all the equipment that even Gorden Ramsay would be happy to cook here!

The bathroom has a good shower and is kept clean.

The property itself is a large 3 bedroomed house with a garage behind. It has a beautiful garden at the front and a bigger secluded garden at the back, great for relaxing in the sun and the BBQs.
The Garage has been converted into a gym. Carpeted, mirrors, insulated and has gym equipment to do majority of all exercise. The House also has fibre optic broadband.

The housemates are very friendly and respectful. Whoever moves in be assured they will have a fantastic time here.
