The property is a 3 double bedroom bungalow, in the village of Ludborough, between Grimsby and Louth. Both bedrooms are fully furnished, with shared Living/Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom and Utility room and Shed. There is a modest garden out back (Suitable for BBQs etc) and ample driveway parking. One of the rooms has an en-suite.

I am 31 year old Quality Manager who works 9-5 in Louth, I live quite a busy lifestyle (As well as being Principle of a Sailing Club I am also a Scout Leader) I am quite willing to share the cooking, as time allows.

Ideally I would prefer a housemate of a similar age and temperament.

Shared amenities include dishwasher, Washing machine, tumble dryer, Netflix access and more etc.
