Lodger Required For My Spare Double Room

I have recently separated from my other half and require a lodger for one of my spare double rooms. I’m a police officer and I own two dogs, aged 12 and 1 years old. The room is now available. I’m easy going and work 4 on 4 off. There’s parking on the drive and off road. It’s a 3 bedroom semi detached house. The bedroom is furnished! I’ve just bought a new double bed, carpet, curtains and furniture.
Employed / professional people only considered. Cottage Beck Road area. No children under the age of 10, only due to my dogs can sometimes be excitable and may knock small children over.
