Beautiful large double room!

I have recently moved into a new house and am in the process of fully refurbishing it to a high standard.

I have 2 large double rooms available with brand new furniture, new hotel quality beds and bedding, smart TV still in the box.

There is 1 bathroom with shower upstairs.

The garden is being redone next week and will be a great place to unwind at the barbecue as the summer starts.

I live on the premises and would prefer clean, quiet professional persons to join my house share.

Cleaner comes in once a month, the rest of the time you will need to clean after yourself.

The house is close to all amenities with a corner shop, park and local pub within short walking distance. Ashby High Street, ASDA, Scunthorpe Hospital and Scunthorpe central is close by.

You will need to be a professional in full time employment with right to work and right to live in the UK.
