i have a double room with bed furnished with a built in wardrobe and a fan with light
i have upstairs shower and downstairs wet room, garden, wifi, lounge with sky hd, huge kitchen diner, garden with fish pond nice to relax to after a hard days graft on the decking in a quiet area, or in the summer house!
the house is close to Brumby corner which has a Spar shop which has a greggs in store and the post office it also has a cash machine outside and you can draw money from inside the post office as well, a petrol station which also has a cash machine, chemist, plenty of bus stops, 2 churches, Chinese take away, pizza take away, 2 hair dressers and only 10 mins away from either Ashby or Scunthorpe town centre, 2 gym's near by the pods about ten min run or listy's about a five min run and the hospital 8 mins away if you do yourself a mischief whilst getting fit!
