Double room for one person only

It is a double room in a family home for a single occupancy.. we are all working professionals all with different shift patterns especially nighshifts so because of this we are looking for a quiet person who respects this....we also have a no overnight stay policy girlfriends /friends due to us all working shift patterns...The happiness and well being of my other tenants is paramount. Please contact me if your interested. we have two Labrador dogs who are friendly and are restricted to certain areas of the home and do not effect yourselves. ..we live local to shops, close to the hospital and on a bus route..
Great for contractors, approximetly 10 minutes from Keadby power station and close to the steelworks..2 other proffesional tenants already live here and have become like family😊...my ex tenants also visit me most weeks for tea....thnx for looking😊
The only reason this room has become available is due to my ex tenant of 3 years job locating. Smoking is permitted downstairs only.
