Room in great, safe and quiet detached house.
Existing housemates are all working and respectable, mature and quiet. Really good atmosphere in house. The kitchen and general area is spacious with outside sitting area. All rooms are well decorated and furnished with mostly ikea styles.
House is situated close to major supermarket and post office and is within walking distance to the town centre and railway station.
Also just a few minutes from the hospital where many of our past / present housemates have worked.

A security bond of £200 is required.
We have parking for up to 4 small sized vehicles and a secure area for bikes.
There is a bus stop over the road direct to bus station which is a few mins away.
