Double room available in quiet three bed house.

Hi there. I'm Sara.
I have a nice sized double room for rent, which comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.
There are 3 bedrooms in total in the house. I stay in one and the other is set up a bit like a dressing room, so if your another women your welcome to join me in there with all your hair and make up essentials. Naturally, guys you can put your make up on in there too if you need to. :)
The rest of the house has a nice kitchen diner and a lounge all of which you are welcome to use.
I must point out that I have a dog and a cat so if you aren't the type to give them a bit of fuss then please don't enquire. They are well trained pets and are well accustomed to not going into the room that is rented out.
There is no off street parking I'm afraid. I am very close to bus links into town if you don't drive and if you like a good meal I am also very close to a few exceptionally good restaurants.
I have had many lodgers now, right from professionals who only stay a few nights a week, to those who have become very good friends. So (almost) everyone is welcome (no DSS).
I work hard for a living so I normally spend my evening just chilling out which means it's a very quiet house. There's no parties or anything daft like that.
I'm looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and obviously accepting of animals. If you think this sounds good to you then feel free to get in touch.
