Room to rent in a lovely, newly renovated country cottage in Austerfield, Doncaster.

On-Road parking & bus stop is at the top of the lane.

Bills do not include council tax.

There is a cap on gas/electric included, therefore if this is exceeded further bills will ensue as per the contract.

Netflix / internet, water, insurances included.

RING alarm system.

Fire certificated doors / alarms / lighting.

No dining table or area, of which might influence anyone working from home needing a desk space.

Downstairs bathroom / toilet.

Ideal scenario is someone looking for a 2 month rolling contract, as the house is going up for sale in the Summer of 2025.

Other lodger has moved out & we are quite happy for just 1 person to reside in the house until it sells.

Inventory shall be done periodically, & if required there can be towels & bedding changes & cleaning done as part of the package for an additional £50 a month.

Landlord will have 24/7 access to the property at all times, however in the past this has been mostly every 28 days to conduct an inventory.
