Double room with fully separate en suite in my Victorian terrace 5 bedroom home available.

It is a 2 min walk to the town centre. Has plenty of off-street parking locally and it is always quiet.

It is 10 mins to the M1 and is a good central base to commute from for professionals being close to Wakefield, Leeds, Doncaster, Sheffield are all within 15-30 mins commute with Nottingham and other places also within 45-50 mins reach.

I am (ideally) looking for a single professional who is quiet, clean, considerate and most importantly, trustworthy. I have a puppy so unobtrusive or easy going would be a bonus.
