Hi, i'm a clean and tidy person looking for a clean and tidy person. A really good sized double bedroom at the back of the property so is nice and quiet (room size 11ft 3inch x 9ft 11 inch). Total freedom to the rest of the house and the garden. Fully furnished house with free 30MB virgin media broadband, wardrobes included with spare room as see in pictures, also memory foam mattress double bed and 40 inch tv, study table and chair if needed. I have a cat but hes well trained and spends most of his time outside. Please feel free to ask any questions about the property, or to arrange a viewing.

The room is supplied on a weekly rental basis of one weekly payment of £80 to include water, electric, gas, tv licence, council tax and FREE 30MB soon to be 60MB high speed Wifi.

Netflix and other sources of entertainment are available for FREE (could change at anytime I feel the need too tho.)
