Hi all, a beautiful double room has just become available. There are currently two of us living in the house. Ryan is a manager at Costa coffee & I am self employed & run a few different businesses. We are looking for a clean/tidy person to share the house with.

The room itself is the biggest in the house & comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers & two bedside tables. There is a lot of storage space available under the bed too.

All of the bills are included within the rent. We have a shared kitchen & shared bathroom. This house share is only available to working professionals who do not smoke. Sorry, but I really don't like the smell of it. We have super fast Virgin Media broadband & we're really friendly people.

Please note: the rent for this room is £400 a month for a single occupancy.
