We also expect everyone to mop the floors and hoover when needed empty the bins and replace toilet rolls etc

We only two parking spaces and three cars it’s first come first served then the other. Parks just in the road in the street.

We are all professionals work very hard and we weep noise down!
We don’t party we don’t do drugs we don’t have random people coming and going we are respectful we’ve had 70 year olds. Live with us who loved it! One tenant has been with us over 18 months and the other over 6 months
