Double Room

Comfortable double bedroom in a 3 bedroom house, would ideally suit a student, furnished with a Double bed, bedside tables, desk and a wardrobe.
Just to be clear you will have full access to the kitchen and living room if you wish, however this is not a houseshare situation. I am looking for a quiet person who would like to rent a comfortable double room, who enjoys their own company, and is very quiet, I am renting out my spare room due to all the financial increases and I do need help to make ends meet, I am an extremely private person and I do appreciate my own space, however that being said I also do enjoy a social chat perhaps a meal together once a week and maybe a social drink on an evening.
