We have one first floor, single room available in this 5 bed house. Bathroom shared with just one other room. Large, well equipped kitchen.

All bills included…council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband and sky TV package in the kitchen. Cleaner visits every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

All other housemates are male and all are working. This room is for one person only - no couple or families, due to licensing regulations. Note that this is a single room, which is reflected in the price.

House is an easy walk into Barnsley town centre and has good access to bus routes, shops, motorway etc.
